A K.O.S.A class will involve:
Saber Level 1A (Youngling 4-9)
Welcoming, Recitation of the Code- This will be provided upon class registration, learn it well.
Warm-Up– Prepare for the physical rigors of class by stretching and doing minor calisthenics to get the blood pumping and the muscles ready
Saber Forms- Offense, defense, and movement drills. The majority of this section is learning combat.
Meditating– Focus is a key element to any martial art and you’ll spend 5 minutes at the end of each class in silent, calm meditation
Saber Level 1B (Initiate 10-Adult)
